Shipping policy
Rosebud's Handmade Shop is not responsible for lost packages, incorrect addresses, or damage issues on the part of USPS. If your product is damaged due to shipping and handling, you must file a claim with USPS. We will do our best to support the claim and assist if necessary, but we will not issue refunds or credit due to shipping errors out of our control.
Our Ready To Ship (RTS) orders ship in 1-3 business days. Made To Order TAT up to 14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product. Rosebud's Handmade Shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. Do not combine RTS orders with Made To Order products. If this happens, the whole order will ship together at the end of Made to Order TAT.
You will receive tracking for your order once it has shipped. It can be tracked via USPS. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update once you have received your shipping notification. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over the shiping carrier. It is all in the hands of the postal service.
No refunds will be given for delays due to the postal service, weather, or Holidays.
